What differentiates The Predictive Index from other similar products?
The work behavioral assessment is one of a kind and incredibly helpful with hiring. And using the same assessment for team building and employee management is a wonderful resource.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The interview guides and job assessments. You can align PIs to a specific role and really tells a story of what the PI means for each candidate.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The website is not as easy to navigate - it feels dated

Explore the PI assessments by having you and your team take them and the see the validity.

What differentiates The Predictive Index from other similar products?
The PI goes very in-depth in the results. And it provides a variety of different tools/reports to use in order to interpret and make use of the results.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease for those completing it. It usually only takes a few minutes for someone to get through the process. And then the ability to use so many different reports in order to benefit from the results is great.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not about the product specifically, but it is absolutely CRITICAL that anyone who is interpreting the results is trained properly. These can be incredibly meaningful and beneficial conversations and learning strategies, but they could also be used negatively as well. I would caution against using the PI as a part of your selection process for candidates, and rather use it as part of your development process for employees.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have the time to commit to learning how to fully implement the PI, I think it's a great employee development tool to consider.
