Textline is easy to set up, easy to use and the billing is very user friendly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is user friendly and easy for all employees to manage. It also gives me clear analytics to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not much, it has been great to use!

I recommend textline. I think it is comparable to other services price wise and is a great option!

Textline is easy to use and set up.

Customers are more comfortable texting vs. calling. And we don't have to give out our personal phone numbers.
