What differentiates SYSPRO ERP from other similar products?

Syspro is quick in fetching the results during month end process. It was user friendly in navaigation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can open multiple sessions within the same access to do multi tasking

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not much. but when the service is slow during month close and when many users are on it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is user friendly, hence I strongly suggest. We can link it with excel report using SQL query

What differentiates SYSPRO ERP from other similar products?

SYSPRO ERP requires much less infrastructure investment than similar products and demands less time from the IT administrator.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Vendor support, widely used by companies in my region, direct access to the database to extract data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Poor reporting capability, almost no BI support, hard to extract data to use on 3rd party BI tools. Cumbersome customization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are on a budget SYSPRO can be licensed by modules and with a little training, an internal resource could extract data to a 3rd party reporting/BI tool
