What differentiates Stripe Payments from other similar products?
The ease of inserting new subscriptions, as well as the possibility of adding Metadata, helps keep payments up to date, considering product or market particularities.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is an extremely secure product, where we have never had any problems, managing almost 1500 customers with recurring payments. Easy implementation and learning for new team members. A complete solution that helps our team of developers, support and finance.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The interface is not always the most intuitive and many times, important data is lost amid so much information. In addition, we need to complement the use of the platform with other options on the market, as we use billing methods not supported by the product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your company offers a recurring platform or service, this is undoubtedly an excellent option for managing subscriptions and recurring billing. I recommend evaluating better if they need to use payment methods that go beyond the credit card, such as invoices or bank transfers, since the product does not support any of them.
