What differentiates Sprinklr Social from other similar products?

The tool for widget translation. I think the language accuracy of the widget translation tool is almost 90%. This helps me and my team around the world to be more precise and make informed decisions even if we don't understand particular language. Sprinklr also helps us monitor all the comments and likes on our social media posts of all the platforms which is quiet amazing and saves us a lot of time in many different ways.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The platform dashboard set up is very easy and user friendly is one thing which is very helpful. The reporting tool is one of the best I have come across as the tool helps me with both paid and organic posts data which helps you with campaign or post analysis. And if you are daily user of this platform then Sprinklr has an app which helps you access your accounts from anywhere over the phone.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The bugs which sometimes takes days to resolve and involve a lot people to resolve. It can be time consuming.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Sprinklr Social offers you with a free 30 day trial so first use it before you make a decision. But if you have multiple social media platforms for your company or clients then this is your tool to save time, collaborate with multiple people in your team. This tool also helps you with reporting which will help you make best strategic decision.

Customer user interface has to be the best part of the product offering.

Complexity in usage, could do with a simple outline, can provide better support on the product; high pricing.

Great offering, if you can manage to negotiate at a good price go-ahead with the product offering and you will not be disappointed.
