What differentiates Sprinklr Social from other similar products?

Sprinklr stands our for having a much more stable connection in network integrations, speed in sending publications, complete analysis and real-time statistics on the reach of publications, and scheduling publications at specific times.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I liked the way I can manage social networks simultaneously, I can manage Linkedin, Instagram and many more social networks for my company. I like being able to upload posts instantly to all networks, just create the post in the Sprinklr platform and send it to all networks with a single button. I also liked being able to have access to a single inbox, where all messages from the connected networks arrive, it has saved me a lot of time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is currently no mobile platform where I can view the feed of all my social networks connected to Sprinklr Socail. A fully functional mobile app like the desktop version woould be great.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend doing the integrations correctly, otherwise you will have problems consulting data and statistics in real time despite being able to send publications from Sprinklr, a complete and correct integration is necessary.
