You can simplify data management and better understand customers who use SoGoSurvey to increase the returns on your investments. Surveys can be conducted to measure consumer satisfaction and employee satisfaction. Market research and collecting product reviews are also options. You can increase relationships with consumers and attract new customers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like SoGoSurvey is an excellent tool that allows you to: Automate data collection and analysis, identify trends, demands and customer behaviors. Through APIs, you can collect automated feedback. By closing the loop with an integrated case management solution, you can increase customer retention. It provides you with useful information such as sentiment analysis and segmentation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cost of a SoGoSurvey subscription is extremely high compared to the alternatives.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend using SoGoSurvey because you can identify problems early on and take preventative action. You can collect information from significant exchanges to inform the circumstances of the experience and areas of difficulty. Improve brand loyalty, staff satisfaction, customer and employee experience, prevent attrition and grow your business.

Easy to use for a great price!

What differentiates Sogolytics from other similar products?
I felt that up to an extent Google Forms was easier to use. But once it starts getting more and more complex, SogoSurvey was a lot easier.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The customer service. They are almost always available and reach out through email really quickly if they're not available through a phone call.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The analytics of the data.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely get it if you're a small business. I am not sure about SogoSurvey if you're a large business because I used it for a small team and project.
