What differentiates Sogolytics from other similar products?

A very easy-to-use and intuitive software. Great onboarding session to help get me started with the account. And then once the survey was created and we received responses, the data visualization was great too. Customer support is very prompt as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of use and intuitiveness.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing that I have come across so far.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When you signup for a trial account, schedule a 1-1 call with the team, something that really worked well for me. The team walked me through the software and then our decision to purchase became really easy.
