What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We can create and manage pipeline with this, you can easily track your interview schedule as well because of calender integration.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have nothing to dislike with it. Its a great solution for recruitment and staffing companies.

Smartrecruiter js everything one looks in a good ats, staffing agencies who have tight deadlines can look to integrate this with their system and can definitely get good results.

What differentiates SmartRecruiters Hiring Platform from other similar products?
Easy to use software that allows finding right candidates using boolean string. Customer support is also good when compared with competition.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
we can use many options in searching candidates and we can also integrate our own job portals with Smartrecruiter.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Any error in boolean string and it wont search the candidate for that position it can be bit challenging to find mistake in the string.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
One can check it out if they are looking for a software for their staffing and recruiting needs and want a ats that can help them find good candidate in very less time.

What differentiates SmartRecruiters Hiring Platform from other similar products?
In my view, the strong point is the integration with the HRIS system where it is possible to have an approved candidate's profile created in the system, which saves a lot of time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I believe that the tool is very intuitive and contains various functions for analysing candidates where it is possible to make comments, analyse by level of "stars", it is also possible to obtain the attached CV as a description in addition to integration via linkedin which makes the product very versatile.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's hard to say what I like least, the tool itself is great, perhaps a few icons could be more visible.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're looking for a practical tool that generates a lot of integration, is easy to use and is popular on the market, smartrecruiters will definitely suit you. In addition, many professionals are already familiar with this tool, which helps with adaptation.
