What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite thing about Progress ShareFile is how easy it is to use. You don’t need to be super technical—uploading, sharing, and managing files is pretty straightforward. It just makes daily work faster without too much confusion. In short, it’s the simplicity and smooth user experience that I like the most.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Also, sometimes the interface feels a little outdated, and a few advanced features are not as flexible as you’d expect. And yeah, occasional sync or speed issues can happen, which gets kinda annoying. In short, it’s good but pricing and some limitations hold it back a bit.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your thinking about using Progress ShareFile, I’d say first check what you really need. If you just want simple and secure file sharing, then it’s a good option. Try the trial before buying, because pricing is bit high and you should see if it fits your work. Also make sure it works well with your current tools (like email or cloud apps). What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the live editing and clear audit trail. It really helps keep everyone on the same page and reduces back-and-forth emails.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The document editor can feel limiting for formatting complex contracts, and integration with some external tools could be smoother.

Some admin and file management views feels outdated and less responsive compared to modern file sharing apps
