What differentiates Sana Commerce from other similar products?
User friendly on high level, customer support, if you have standard SANA everything is always 100% updated (D365 F&O)
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Visual designer, integration to ERP, updates every 2-4 weeks, development of new add ons
What do you dislike most about this product?
They need to more ahead on new features like CDP and other MA products
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Just do it, if you want a 100% integrated ecommerce platform

What differentiates Sana Commerce from other similar products?
Pre-built B2B features are very helpful and can customize most of the site. The pre-integration with some ERP's (like Dinamix AX) is extremely valuable to get your data updated in real time

The pre-integration with some ERP's (like Dinamix AX) is extremely valuable to get your data updated in real time
What do you dislike most about this product?
The lack of 24hr support, they only offer "public" support on tuesdays and thursdays (if you haven't pre-purchased a premium support package) This evoques a very slow response service and also once you customize something, you'll need development hours to place it back (even if its a default feature)
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're going to customize some features, be aware that you'll need development hours to place it back (even if its a default feature) and look for a support hour block to hire
