What differentiates Salesforce Starter from other similar products?

Integrated Functionality: Combines sales, service, and marketing basics in one starter package, which many competitors split across separate products. Backed by Salesforce’s reputation, security, and ongoing innovation (AI, analytics, automation). Provides a clear upgrade path into the broader Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) without needing to migrate to another platform. Designed as a lightweight, streamlined version of Salesforce, making it less overwhelming for new or smaller teams compared to full CRM suites.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that Salesforce Starter gives us all the core CRM functions in one place without being too complex. Its biggest strength is providing a single, reliable view of customer data, which helps teams collaborate more effectively

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some features feel limited compared to the full Salesforce platform. The learning curve can still feel steep, and certain essential features require upgrades to higher Salesforce editions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Start with Salesforce Starter if you want an easy entry into CRM, but plan for scaling as your needs grow.

What differentiates Salesforce Starter from other similar products?

Salesforce's worldwide commercial and corporate structure makes it a tool with technological advances and almost unlimited adaptability. This is the reason why it is positioned as one of the 5 most used and commercial CRM in the world.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I had the opportunity to participate in a Salesforce talk where they touched on the inclusion of artificial intelligence in their projection engines for sales and marketing business modules. That really got me.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing I feel about Salesforce is that for the user/monthly cost is something that would not be estimated to be used by small and medium companies but rather by companies with well-defined structures, otherwise you would be making an investment in a tool that I don't really know how to use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

That you have a team or person with knowledge in the use and configuration of it because it is a powerful tool with a complex integration although it is easy when you know it can bring delays if you do not know it.
