We can change it as per our business needs. It provides a complete 360 product where all the data can be tracked and stored in one place instead of having multiple storage for different domains.

There are many advantages of using Salesforce for your business needs, 1. Centralised Data management: All your data is stored in one Platform, so you don't have to look anywhere. 2. Customization and Flexibility: Salesforce Allows you to customise its platform as per your needs. 3. Automation: There are various Automation Tools like WOrkflows, and Process Builder which you can use to automate various business requirements.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Recently, Salesforce seems to have increased its prices for various products. But I feel Salesforce could leverage AI and try to reduce its cost.
