What differentiates Salesforce Platform from other similar products?

Salesforce is a leading platform to enable Sales and other BU's to drive results, the extent of customization is extremely powerful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Out of the box solution for opportunities allowing you to configure whats required to get you fast ROI. More focus is on declarative customization options meaning less to coding for low level customization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For small organizations cost can be a limiting factor

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Expect to have people internally who can support this product as this enables continual improvement and as your business grows, the product will require many changes.

The Salesforce Platform is easy to use as a CRM, sales tool, and member tracker for membership organizations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The CRM so you can keep important notes and track information. I also use the report generator regularly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I like everything about Salesforce.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend teams use the Salesforce Platform for smooth, consistent communications and information gathering/tracking.
