World class free online Salesforce training.

What differentiates Salesforce myTrailhead from other similar products?

It is hands down the best online training system for any platform I have ever seen or used. The step by step guides along with following along in your own full Salesforce org means deeper understanding. Then at the end it checks your work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It’s free. You don’t even need a Salesforce licence to access it and get started.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing. I can’t fault this at all.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It’s a phenomenal resource for both admins and users. If you are unsure you can find the training, step through it in a dedicated safe org and check your understanding all at the same time.
