-Jas enhanced customer 360 view :it combines customer data across different touchpoints to provide a holistic view, supporting personalized service and upselling opportunities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
-Complex implementation :although it offers pre-built functionality, configuring and integrating vlocity with legacy systems can be complex and time consuming.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
