data unification and segmentation capabilities are highly efficient enabling better audience targeting, improved personalization, deeper customer insights

implementation and integration process is a bit complex, time-consuming especially when connecting non-salesforce data sources, requiring significant IT involvement

evaluate data integration before purchase, salesforce CDP works best if you’re already using salesforce CRM and related products, also invest in training and involve both IT and business teams early for a smoother rollout

It is a all in one software for all of your customer data management. We personally use it and we are saving a lot of time and money.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are plenty of things but for me it would be the user friendly UI and the varity of options.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Pricing model can be improved a bit.
