What differentiates RoboForm Password Manager from other similar products?

The name - Roboform meant something, but the lack of intuitive use for users and IT admin alike has made me question if there are alternative products out there that would better meet our needs. The renewal process/negotiations didn't happen - even as a non-profit. It's a take what we give you or cya.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

When it is used by users it can be helpful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost is high, seems to lack Individual with Teams capabilities. Not intuitive to users
