What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use - peace of mind that I have a secure password
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't like how my subordinates have roboform folders that I cannot see as an admin - I guess I need more training. The questionnaire asked quite a bit about the Roboform support. Truth be told, I have not contacted them much at all, so I cannot say if they are good or not.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Better control over the subordinates' account under the admin's. More intuitive management controls.

Lack of any real true innovation over the past several years. The product is fairly mature, but no new innovation seems to be forthcoming.

What differentiates RoboForm Password Manager from other similar products?
RoboForm will have been the third password manager vendor we've worked with. We've found that RoboForm stacks up against top-level industry competitors when it comes to both end-user and admin features very well at a fraction of the cost.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
RoboForm is easy to use, but my favourite aspect of the product from an admin standpoint is the wide variety of organizational policies that can be activated to manage its use within the organization. From a user perspective, sharing credentials is easy to do from both an individual and group perspective.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The interface for working with application passwords to launch those apps from RoboForm can be a little clunky.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For those organizations that are looking for a cost effective provider for the password management space, RoboForm will have many competitive features of the Dashlane's and LastPasses of the world at a fraction of the price, making it a great choice to help their organizations to foster a stronger security culture within their organizations.
