What differentiates Rally Software from other similar products?
the difference with other software is that it is very cheap, extremely easy to use and allows us to create various jobs at the same time since we divide the it tasks into several specialties, there are some groups that prefer to keep their jobs linked to other similar software.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The real-time progress metrics are very considerate, it makes you review exactly what is missing, determine the future of your project, add work, add workers, add information links images, you know exactly what is missing so you can complete it immediately with provisional alerts to the cell phone.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike the support, clearly we cannot be exaggerated and rather considering the price we pay, we would like in the future to increase the plan to one with better data provision by human support.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The recommendation that I would give to everyone who uses this product is that it should be a team with engineers who know exactly how to configure the program properly, it is very simple for people who know. ideally because I repeat that the support is weak and does not attend all the time.
