What differentiates Qvidian from other similar products?

The ability to have so many search and use possibilities right in Word. The ability to create a Master Slide Deck and create children from it. Then be able to change or update any slide in the master and all of the children change too. The SME Expiration is also amazing,. and the template architecting for templates is only limited by your imagination.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Cost Value vs an FTE

What do you dislike most about this product?

Would like it to auto format whatever you upload to your styles automatically. And would like to have an easy to use built in

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure to allow 6 moths to build the database properly from the beginning !

What differentiates Qvidian from other similar products?

Qvidian's project management workflow capabilities made proposal development efficient (once the system was customized and once everyone was trained on it). Keyword search for content was effective. Integration with MS Office was helpful for editing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Workflow management

What do you dislike most about this product?

No customer support until I was assigned someone new when we canceled the contract. Platform was difficult to customize and aesthetically unappealing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Workflow management capability is great, but for maximum success, you will need a team member who has the skills and bandwidth to support the implementation process.
