The template for the RFP created is the best

Autofill is my favorite

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Autofill is still not smart enough to provide more accurate responses

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

New RFP management tools have come up with creation of RFP template using an upload of the client document. If this feature is added then no body can beat Qvidian

What differentiates Qvidian from other similar products?

The ability to have so many search and use possibilities right in Word. The ability to create a Master Slide Deck and create children from it. Then be able to change or update any slide in the master and all of the children change too. The SME Expiration is also amazing,. and the template architecting for templates is only limited by your imagination.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Cost Value vs an FTE

What do you dislike most about this product?

Would like it to auto format whatever you upload to your styles automatically. And would like to have an easy to use built in

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure to allow 6 moths to build the database properly from the beginning !
