What differentiates Podium Text Marketing from other similar products?
Podium is a user-friendly application that enables anybody to engage with their consumers on an immediate basis. This tool is fantastic for increasing the number of Reviews online. It was the only reason we signed up. It gathers up all client contact in one place while keeping them updated.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We have fully eliminated the need for a collecting service by turning all of our collects to SMS notifications and collecting formats. It has also saved the firm money on expenses, but it has also been more productive in obtaining past-due bills than any collector service has ever been.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't like the lack of integrating with a CRM to proactively push leads across. While trying to input new clients' contact numbers, Podium might feel primitive, particularly when the contact number digits are identical. It will not let me quit and text the new client. Other than that, it's all Ok.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Podium is the route to just go if you want a software that will help your business become more effective and simplify the approach you connect with your clients, process transactions, send out alerts, deals, and offers!

Podium allows for customers to leave the site and users can text the customer directly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Direct SMS feature
What do you dislike most about this product?
No Hubspot integration, so leads have to be manually imported
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If SMS communication is important to you, then Podium is a good option. There isn't an autobot Livechat feature, so users will have to be on Podium frequently.

If you want to be able to easily communicate with your customers, I highly suggest looking into Podium. The application has helped us capture more business as well as bolster our reviews.
