PandaDoc has succeeded in helping us integrate many of the repetitive tasks related to digital signature management, making document management for digital signatures seamless without any complicated setup and completely secure.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I liked that it is very easy to set up the ability to sign documents and add notes and notes. With PandaDoc, assembling any form to send to clients is easy due to the abundance of customization options within the templates. I liked that sending to clients is done from the same page without having to go to email. Real-time documentation is great, allowing us to track the status of the document and document all relevant notes transparently. It is great that PandaDoc makes it easy to integrate our other applications that require electronic signature. Reminders are great and can be scheduled to ensure that documents are signed on time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing I don’t like, very satisfied with all the features of PandaDoc. It is great to increase the customization options in the templates.

PandaDoc esignature provides multiple options to simplify the whole process without switching different tools. It ensures the security and compliance to protect sensitive information. Another one about this software is that it allows us to send documents to multiple recipients that are ideal for the management of mass contracts. It helps me a lot by saving my time on documentation which makes it user-friendly and a strong choice for businesses.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I experienced some bugs and performance issues that can disrupt the user experience. I found it a bit high priced especially for smaller businesses or startups. These features can impact our experience.

But when you have contracts that take a lot of back and forth, pandadoc is the way to go. The difference is the 'redlining, and negotiation features are way better than just signing tools. It does so and manages the messy bits of contracting without losing versioning. It really makes the legal side of things a much less headache-inducing affair for all parties involved.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The conditional logic in the forms is really a game changer for us. We can display or omit clauses depending on the client’s selection. It helps makes the documents cleaner and much more readable to the other side. Also love the real-time chat feature as we can respond to client questions directly in their document. The reporting tools allow me to perfect guns over our teams, and how quickly our deals are moving. The software itself is quite stable and we have not had any major hiccups. And it’s very professional quality for an office.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface is a little daunting at the beginning, since there are too many features. It takes some time to know where everything is stored on the main dashboard.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Whether you negotiate complex contracts, you require this software. It is very strong and well organized. Lawyers, accountants and hr managers.
