What differentiates Oracle PeopleSoft from other similar products?

Robust features, to extreme detail degree. Customization is a plus, being able to bend according to an institutions necessities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The greatest kudos go for company support, continued educational resources.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I believe the user interface and look and feel have fallen behind at certain spots. This might be the biggest area of improvement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It might be too big for you or your needs. Literally! Make sure you have your needs delimited and reach for software that suits your needs, and might not be too big if not necessary. Peoplesoft can be a little too big and pricey.
