What differentiates Oracle PeopleSoft from other similar products?

Oracle PeopleSoft HCM is extremely user-friendly! Not to mention it is compatible and reliable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is used widely across my former company for all different things. Payroll, talent/employee management, etc. Nice to have all of the important information in one platform!

What do you dislike most about this product?

We did run into issues with it's capability on a mobile platform. Could use some work with how it is displayed on a mobile device.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you would like to get the full functionality of the program, definitely use it on a computer!
