What differentiates Oracle PeopleSoft from other similar products?

A robust solution with excellent module integration for self services, reporting and well built rule based time codes. The Oracles documentation is well detailed and configurations are easy to follow and test. Great tool offered by Oracle that meets HCM needs and requirements.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Comprehensive documentation makes it easy to follow and configure without any problems. Quality customer support are very helpful in troubleshooting and resolving problems. Finding data using queries makes your work to be very easy. The application offers lots of customization from its rich dashboard.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No problem reported or encountered when working with this platform. It is easy to use and configure with excellent reporting features. The integration of modules makes complex organizations work to be much easier.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A robust and very flexible system , easy to use with strong reporting capabilities and able to handle very complex workflows and processes. Employees records management, payroll, performance, compensation and talent acquisition is now made easier with Oracles' Peoplesoft.
