What differentiates Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM from other similar products?

It's the most complete product in comparison with others in the market, it not only helps to manage the whole employee lifecycle, it also help us to deliver quality to our stakeholders.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As I said before, it helps in almost all of the aspects for the employee lifecycle. However, I think that my favorite aspect is how friendly it is at the moment of using it and understand all the functionalities over workforce management, employees training, payroll and time attendance, etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its customization, would be nice to have more flexibility at the moment of customizing features based on the company needs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it, this product combines a lot of features that will improve company performance.

It is easier to use than other software, more intuitive. Solid and rapidly evolving HCM suite covering all areas of employee lifecycle.

Oracle HCM Cloud is a good solution in supporting HR processes

Its not fully customizable

Not easy to integrate with the rest of systems, but good UI and performance
