My favorite aspect has to be its sheer comprehensiveness. It’s not just an HR tool. It’s an entire ecosystem for managing a workforce. Oracle's ability to smoothly integrate everything from core HR functions and recruitment to performance management and payroll is very impressive. It transforms HR from a series of administrative tasks into a strategic and interconnected function and it's what actually sets Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM apart in my eyes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My biggest issue is its complexity and looks like being lost in a maze. The sheer number of modules and settings, coupled with a UI that isn't always intuitive. It can make even simple tasks feel like a challenge. For a product that's so critical to an organization's day-to-day operations, I just wish it were easier to pick up and use without an extensive training course. It's a powerful tool but its clunky nature sometimes slows me down rather than speeding me up.

The tool has flexible payroll feature which keeps me complaint with employees and how salary can scale up as we hire team member

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best feature for me is the auto payroll making it simple for me automate salary payment to employees with the accurate calculated taxes

There is no issue with the tool yet, its working fine for me

The solution has trial periods but does not support our payment integrations for payouts to our employees

The UI was okay and very easy to navigate and support was a reliable thing to me However, they do support very limited payment integrations

We have logged for a refund but we have not received the respondse from the team since the tool has limited features for payments
