What differentiates Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM from other similar products?

timely updates activity dashboard, users are able to print there checks, automated report tracking, alerts and reminders make it so adorable. users can make direct deposit at any given time, the simplified employees portals, among many unique traits.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease in implementing this software. it took us almost zero time to put everything into running as the users adapted to the technicalities with ease.

What do you dislike most about this product?

the technical support is quite slow, something needs to be done.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product contains all you need to take your organization to the next level. give it all.
