Easy to use Oracle Cloud HCM. Ability to find and retain the best employee with the best talent. Workforce insight is full attained. Increased operational efficiencies. Easy to personalized your contents. Enabling collaboration within the organization. Easy for everyone to connect to any device. Compensation management. Time and attendance management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing to dislike, am impressed by its functionality. Easy to use tool with great features that offers lots of customization, enabling collaboration between its users for better insight delivery.
