Oracle Cloud HCM is a tool that has provided all the solutions we need in one place, while in other places we have needed to use different vendors to cover the service.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Oracle Cloud HCM is an essential tool in our company, it recreates an organizational environment in the cloud, we can measure and guide our employees through it, grant access according to their career level and integrate all our needs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's not a big problem, but sometimes the Oracle visual is not very new, it has an old look like a 90's computer. If this would be improved, for a more attractive user experience.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for a service that encompasses different needs of your company, such as talent management and compensation, Oracle HCM is a super reliable and complete solution.

What differentiates Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM from other similar products?
This was our first cloud based HCM we used. It has some capabilities that can be accessed from everywhere. It needed some coding in the back end. They are definitely pricey. some modules are very plain and very easy to navigate.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Admin module is very great to work on. The HCM requires less coding with some aspects. almost all features are pre-coded and available.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The amount of time that is spent with the consultants to configure the HCM and modules is immense. this is extra money spent on the consultants.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
you may need SQL coding experience on the back end to build and configure some of the modules and functionality.
