It’s great! The ease of use is brilliant and the customer experience is pleasant. There are tons of choices to create your own special workstations. Oracle CX-Sales differentiates from similar services through their unique setup. The Oracle cloud platform was easy to learn and I was able to teach it to others on my same team.
