Planning smartly , a complete CRM solution ,lower in cost, increase growth, revenue and the sales growth has been increased in couple of months

Forecasting and good sales with good growth and revenue generation

Nothing, there are some occassionally glitches but it's fine

Always prefer to improve the sales,to grow in numbers, planning is easy and we can work on critical plans

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The CRM is a paperless sales system. Reps can connect it to their local and online databases in a variety of ways, with all data displayed on a dynamic dashboard that is accessible from any device. The same dashboard tracks and records important metrics about customer behavior.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Oracle's social CRM features, enabling social engagement and monitoring of audience comments, are not competitive with other offerings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It automates daily sales tasks, converts website visitors into qualified leads, allows for the management, viewing, and tracking of customer accounts from a shared database for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
