What differentiates OnBoard from other similar products?
there are very few differences but I think the main one is its ease of use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's simple to utilize before, during, and after meetings with the board.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Really not much. Some users have complained about how small the presentation window seems to be when the platform is being used in a conference room.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As a board member, you'll find that OnBoard is a huge time-saver.

The IT and set up support was awesome.

It was difficult to get older generations of board members to use the software.

If there was a "print board book" option, that would be a huge help for boomers who require a printed board book.

What differentiates OnBoard from other similar products?
Using OnBoard feels like second nature. There is little to learn about it because it feels so intuitive to use. Even our least tech-savvy users have easily grasped the software.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I would it's how easy it is to navigate.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I do wish there were more integration with web conferencing tools like Zoom, Teams, or GoToMeeting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have plenty of non-techy people, go with OnBoard. Your people will catch on quickly and their support team is top-notch.
