What differentiates Nala from other similar products?

I think one of the most important things Nala gives us is the fact that we are constantly developing features with them as partners, as well as the customization that you can make to processes that are unique to your business.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The way it is easy to implement and to navigate throughout the platform. Creating a process, managing it, monitoring it and later on see the results is really user friendly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think it could be how some features are nos developing as fast as others. For example in recognition there is not a specific module that we can keep track, instead of downloading reports in excel.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say that it is a really good platform, it is really easy to use and to administrate it. It is a pleasure to work with Nala's team, since they are always available to hear you and yo help you. I now consider Nala as my partner for many things we are currently working on, and we are eager to continue to work with them in new developments.

What differentiates Nala from other similar products?

Nala's customer service is off the charts. Always helping us navigate our complex needs to adjust what the business is asking for. Their ability to customize the platform and turnaround time for real solutions makes them an exceptional partner to work with.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How easy it is to use and the reports that can be generated from the system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If I had to change one thing, it would be a few of the button/icon locations. Other than that, not much to change.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure that you have good data in place - this will only make the Nala platform that much more effective as you use it. Also, never be afraid to ask for something because chances are, the Nala team can help make it.

What differentiates Nala from other similar products?

Their customer service is always innovating and attentive to customer needs; the reports are comprehensive and quick to generate; dashboards are excellent and so is the 9box tool. The platform automates the sending of evaluations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I think thant NALA´s strongest point is in Customer Service, They´'re always ready to address any converns, whether they´re about about the planform or talent issues.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As these platforms have grown, so have their services, which means that small businesses may feel that their company doesn't qualify for this type of platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

They should conduct a comprehensive local assessment of their teams and establish a performance and talent model to get the most out of it.
