What differentiates MURAL from other similar products?
How intuitive it is. I facilitate anything between 5 and 15 workshops, training sessions and meetings a month and I use Mural a lot. Attendants vary, but they all know what to do with Mural even if it's the first time they use it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
No. of feature they provide and the interactive approach. It actually helps me to interact with my colleagues virtually. We used it in our daily conversations, in Fun activities, and in Team bonding activities. It is very much flexible with Free text, Shapes, and images. You can also solve complex problems using custom diagrams and can be used in Customer Demo as well.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I fail to get a response from the support team. Due to the bug, I wasn't able to reactivate my workspace (the billing page is blank) and was forced to create a new workspace. So I paid the yearly subscription but my murals are still unavailable.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There a few options out there around whiteboarding and co-creation, and some of them are really interesting. Mural is by far the top in my experience and opinion, but I would still recommend you to try it, side by side with your other favorite solutions. It will not just not disappoint it, you'll be really surprised about what this can do for you and those spending time with you in either a meeting, a workshop or a training session
