We have many virtues thanks to its dashboards and visual drill-down capabilities as it can easily integrate with any platform we use, such as Magneto as it can record a wide range of user behaviors from start to finish thanks to its ability to track clicks and mouse movements, I can see in detail each of the web pages.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its free version could have more functionalities for first time users or as a test to attract the attention of new customers and an improvement in its mobile platform due to the fact that it is not well optimized for better visualization and an easier method to group filters and save segments.

It is a very suitable platform for companies that have a website where they offer products or services where you want a user to perform some action such as filling out a form or make a purchase as you also have exceptional features as a tool that can facilitate the work of making a page do what it should do thus streamlining all your Web processes.

What differentiates Mouseflow from other similar products?

I use this software to closely monitor all the visits to my website, thus obtaining important information to improve my sections and attract much more traffic. Its funnel analysis has allowed me to know the areas of failure within the page and in the sections that visitors decide to leave.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has many good features, especially the tracking tools it has, to be able to monitor the time of each visitor on the page, know the participation of each user, know what keywords attracted users, also being able to segment customers is perfect for me, so I can know where they visit page, sex, age etc., and be able to offer content that interests.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As I only manage my website I have had no major problems with the software, if I had something negative to say, it would be that its interface is not as intuitive as I would like, as it took me a while to understand each function and each tool and adapt to it, but with dedication I managed and now I love using it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

These types of tools are not cheap, so we choose the sites where we want to use them. Generally, we don't use Mouseflow on sites that are not monetized in some way. However, if the site needs to perform functions such as sales, calls to action, etc., this tool can make the page do the job as it should. I believe that with the complexity of websites and their users, these types of tools are essential to creating the best user experience.
