What differentiates Microsoft Power Automate from other similar products?
Power automate is not a great tool comparative to other RPA tools in market but what differentiated is that you can connect power automate to other Microsoft services fluently like we can easily automate SharePoint, one drive, outlook, etc. Super awesome to work with power apps. So basically they are not just dealing with front end automation, they are doing end to end automation for all Microsoft services.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is its integration with other services and also its OCR and AI capabilities of Microsoft makes it more reliable.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dont like the Ui, its becomes messy when you keeps on developing a complex solution. Also compare to other RPA tools, its behind them in features and cost.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Yes definitely Microsoft and its services are always capable and reliable enough to consider your demands. If you want to automate so many things related to micros ft services also want to make everything like mobile applications, web application in power apps of micros ft and here too you can integrate power automate with them. But if you are looking for tools for front end automation then go for other rpa tools who has extended features for excel automation, web automation etc.

What differentiates Microsoft Power Automate from other similar products?
Most of the business world has grown used to the microsoft office suite, the fact that this product comes bundles with some of the most basic plans offered by microsoft makes it a no brainer. Since it's a Microsoft Office Product existing in your enviroment already it seamlessly connects to other office products that might house the data you need to manipulate. There are also 100's of out of the box solutions for connecting it to non microsoft branded products and services, even if one does not exist you cant create a custom connector to ensure it works with all your applications

What do you dislike most about this product?
Yes there are some common templates premade for scenarios but every business is a little different and at time it does require the creator to have some background knowledge on various "coding" languages like JSON, HTML, VB etc
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You likely already have it and are simply not using it. Many Organizations I consult for have full licenses for alot of the powerplatform products microsoft has recently introduced to the market. You're wasting time and money by not using it.
