What differentiates Microsoft Forms from other similar products?
Microsoft Forms have made it simple for me to revise internal documents and forms. I can easily share my layout with external users. However, the most excellent part has been the ability to quickly build surveys and forms for communicating with and gathering client feedback and updating customer profiles. Excel sheets can be quickly and easily generated from the form results.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's simple to use, and I can get information from a wide range of people by sending out invitation links and running surveys, quizzes, and polls. Since Microsoft has a user-friendly design, I have no trouble creating a suitable format for questions and answers. The ability to develop and disseminate forms on the fly, allowing for widespread participation and feedback from a large group of people.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Microsoft's statistics for their forms are rather basic and could need a lot more work. I can't find much room to personalize the survey's layout. I always need an active internet connection to use any part of Microsoft Forms since the program is web-based only. It is not ideal if I need to work on things on the go.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It helped make polls and gather statistics. It establishes a two-way line of communication between the clients and us. This is a fantastic way to collect and analyze client feedback for new businesses or startups. If you're dealing with a small number of startups, you can use Microsoft Forms to assess and analyze the data.

Microsoft Forms software is user-friendly and contains a wealth of functionality that is suitable for a variety of use scenarios. Not to add that it offers themes, which allow me to quickly alter the background. I really adore the preview feature that lets me see how it will appear. I haven't even touched on the other wonderful qualities of this solution.

Additionally, because Microsoft Immersive reader is already integrated, it is usable for persons with visual impairments. We can decide who has accessibility to a form and when one is accepting answers using the parameters for forms. This amazing form solution allows me to complete my task fast and easily.

Because the Microsoft Forms platform is entirely web-based, we must have access to the internet in order to use it in its entirety. If you are dealing with forms while traveling, the Microsoft Forms app can be problematic because of internet issues. It is one of the better options, however, I wish it had more fantastic features and smoother performance.

It may be specially tailored and combines well with Office 365 and the most popular third-party programs and platforms. Microsoft Forms platform is a dependable option for questionnaires, surveys, comments, tests, and business applications.
