What differentiates Microsoft Forms from other similar products?
Microsoft Forms synchronizes with my Microsoft Excel worksheet, ensuring that all responses to my surveys are automatically updated on it. This removes the need for me to manually update data from my Survey responses to my Excel sheet , for advanced data analysis purposes.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Microsoft Forms is beginner friendly. I am of the belief that as long as a respondent is able to browse the internet, they should face no trouble navigating the interface of a survey Form created using Microsoft Forms. On my own end as a survey creator, my experience creating survey Forms with Microsoft Forms has been similar. I can customize themes easily using the theme selector. For beginner users, the help section on the platform usually has answers to assist in navigating most difficulty faced.
What do you dislike most about this product?
For data collection purposes, Microsoft Forms doesn't provide support for electronic signatures. Furthermore, integration with non-Microsoft software is limited and when possible, very cumbersome.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Although there are collaboration limitations and Microsoft Forms doesn't integrate well with third party software , it excels in simplicity and ease of use .
