What differentiates Microsoft Forms from other similar products?
Unlike other tools, it is unique in that it allows you to share forms with your organization's groups and team members. In addition, it is a great solution to support sustainable work. Data can be easily retrieved and data analysis and trending is possible.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like the most about this tool is that MS Forms has a fairly lightweight design, is easy for end users to use, and can also be integrated via Power Automate and other tools. From what we can tell, this product is very comfortable.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In my personal opinion, I can say that since I have been using this tool, I have not found any flaws, as it is very easy to create survey forms and collect data very quickly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We recommend this tool as it has multiple options for analyzing the collected data. This is a great tool for small organizations and startups to get an overview of customer feedback.

What differentiates Microsoft Forms from other similar products?
The ability to share forms with others is the feature that I like the most. The software is quick and simple to use, and there are many different themes available. I enjoy using Microsoft Forms because it makes polls and surveys simple to make. You can begin gathering data right away without having any prior experience. The real-time graphs and pie charts are great for polling and surveys for students. Having a QR code makes completing the Form very easy.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Choose the language based on the user’s settings. With Microsoft Forms, you can send people forms in their native tongue and translate their responses into your own. This does away with linguistic barriers and makes everything simple to understand.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Downside of this is that it lacks customisation options beyond choosing a colour scheme and adding a logo. The branching can get confusing and tedious to create with Microsoft Forms. It is hundred percent web based which requires internet every time to run. Able to duplicate a form but it won't include all the info.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for a product which is easy to use and contains a lot of distinctive features, you must go for it. Thanks !!!

Making surveys is simple, which makes polling enjoyable. This form may be transmitted through link or QR code. Easily upload a collection of photos.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is 100% web-based and requiring an internet connection to function. Capable of duplicating a form, but it won't have all the data. Only themes and colour adjustments are available with MS Forms.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
That the number of responses are less , so first check it and then go ahead for the use.
