What differentiates Mediasmart from other similar products?
Support is great, they’re knowledgeable and helpful. I additionally just like the fact that the platform is extremely clear and self-serve works wonders as we can run campaigns for shoppers with tiny or huge budgets. Whenever we’d like a mobile targeted campaign, MediaSmart is the go-to platform for us.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I extremely suggest Mediasmart because it’s an innovative platform with solutions to fulfill the various objectives of clients, it generates smart results, and it is easy to grasp and manage. They have an additional good support team. Last but not least; they feed our selling team with marketing materials. I like the interface and all of the support I received throughout onboarding with Mediasmart. I like the targeting capabilities and fast and simple reporting.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We were looking for a lot of programmatic and web choices as a company. Whereas Mediasmart was a good tool, and we used them primarily for our location campaigns, at the top of the day it didn’t tie in 100 percent with what we were offering in the market.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend MediaSmart. We’ve got been using the platform for about one year and all campaigns were super well delivered and exceeded our expectations. The platform is extremely intuitive and simple to use, in addition, we have the support of the team which is excellent, Javier is often available to help us in any kind of demand.

It’s very intuitive and complete. They need a lot of choices for campaign implementation, management, optimization, and targeting. Conjointly the client service is excellent! What do you dislike most about this product?
I need a lot of traffic from LATAM, and sometimes, for some tiny geographic segmentations, it can be difficult to seek out massive volumes. Though they need a very big and advanced technology for footfall attribution and audience insights, they have rather more capabilities for Europe.
