The system’s documentation and instructions to the support staff are clear. Have thorough training for beginners to take. Simple to use UI. To aid advertisers, use various ad formats and continually introduce new features and goods. It was a pleasure working with the MediaSmart staff. Despite the time zone disparities, they were always eager to answer calls and provide us with any assistance we required.

It’s very comprehensive and intuitive. They have a wide range of choices for managing, implementing, and focusing campaigns. The customer support is also first-rate! They are constantly accessible to meet all requirements. They provide excellent support and are informed and helpful. The platform’s high level of transparency and ability to conduct campaigns for clients with small or large budgets are both appealing features. Mediasmart is our go-to platform whenever we need a mobile-targeted strategy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I require a lot of LATAM traffic, but it can occasionally be challenging to locate significant volumes for certain tiny geographic segments. Although they have very sophisticated technology for viewer insights and footfall attribution, their capabilities for Europe are much greater. The good news is that they are hitting LATAM fairly hard, so it won’t be long before they match the reach.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Simply go for it and it makes our job incredibly simple, and it will perfectly suit our traffic requirements. The outcomes will please your customers. Trust customer support; they will respond to any questions you may have.

Additionally, they are always developing to provide their partners with improved services.

The staff is very accommodating and responsive to our questions. The scheduling is useful, and the reporting is simple to use. Rapid setup and departure are always advantages. It’s very comprehensive and intuitive. They have a wide range of choices for managing, implementing, and focusing campaigns. The customer support is also first-rate! They are constantly accessible to meet all requirements.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There were some discrepancies in our most recent effort, and it took longer than anticipated to fix them. Text inputs can also be deleted while using the platform by selecting anywhere on the screen or even moving the mouse.
