The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

What differentiates Mediafly from other similar products?
The ease of integration from Bullhorn and customization. Their Support is top notch, second to none.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Customer Support - they are timely and efficient. If you are in a pinch and need them to do something for you, they will. If you'd prefer to learn to do it yourself, they will show you. They don't charge extra for training.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Dashboards can be difficult to build and it's too much information for most of our end users. It does take some administrative work to get a report or dashboard built.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I can only speak to the Legacy platform, to be discontinued for 2022, but I would recommend gathering the reports and KPIs you use and making sure the data can be pulled in from your existing ATS, particularly if you are not utilizing Bullhorn.

poor UI, the product has a steep learning curve and requires a lot of time to fully understand its functionality which requires a lot of patience
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Its a great tool but you need to be patient with it to fully exploit its power and extract from its wide array of functions
