What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
Mailchimps integration has impressed me a lot and has been very helpful for my team. We've integrated Mailchimp with tools like Formbuilder , Livechat and Leadboxer to automate minor tasks geared towards identifying Mailchimp audience when they visit our website or automatically adding email address from our helpdesk queries into our Mailchimp contact list, among many other benefits.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Mailchimp default email templates are visually appealing and have on a lot of occasions, been just ideal for our immediate email newsletter engagements. Most importantly for me though, is that Mailchimp is easy to use for managing and sending newsletters , even for some of my colleagues who have no programming background.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Mailchimp contact lists are siloed by default. This often has made it a cumbersome experience trying to manage marketing contacts across different segmented lists. The inability to do this with Mailchimp is its biggest Achilles heel, as it makes contact segmentation when sending newsletters very difficult.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is important for professionals or organizations looking to adopt Mailchimp, to ensure that Mailchimps feature-set aligns seamlessly with their digital marketing objectives.

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
Mailchimp is very easy to use. It let us quickly create and send emails. Its drag-and-drop email builder makes designing emails very simple. Also, Mailchimp gives many ready-made templates, so I don't need to start building template from scratch.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its free plan, which is very good for small businesses (initially we have used this plan). It also has good integration with other apps, so we can connect it with our website or CRM easily. Also its AI-powered suggestions help improve email performance.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Automation feature is good but not very advanced. It can be improved to suite advanced users as well. For basic it is enough.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For easy to use email marketing tool mailchimp is good tool. Even anyone with no technical knowledge can use it.

I like the free plan that helps small Biz’s get started with email marketing without a huge initial investment. These figures also help you measure campaign performance thanks to its reporting and analytics features.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As your email list numbers grow, Mailchimp can start to get really expensive, particularly if you require advanced features, such as extensive automation.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
On a small business you're new to email marketing and you're looking for something simple and affordable to work with, then Mailchimp would be a good decision. Just keep in mind that as your business and email list grow, the cost could also increase.
