I dislike their Pricing Can Be Expensive, Limited Customer Support on Free Plan, Fewer Advanced Features for Large Businesses, E-commerce Limitations and Complex Pricing Structure.

The price is higher than competing platforms. It takes a lot of time and effort to build domain authority and email reputation on MailChimp due to many factors that are needed to be followed
