What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike their Limited Automation in Free Plan, Expensive Pricing for Growth, Template Limitations, Limited Customer Support and Learning Curve for Advanced Features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would definitely recommend you to check with your IT infrastructure and get the right premium plan accordingly.
