What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

Mailchimp has been around in my organization for the last 5 years and it has been very impactful through streamline campaigns, and nurturing leads. Combines email marketing, automation, landing pages, CRM, and social medial ads in one platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Intuitive drag-and-drop email builder. Easy setup for beginners with pre-built templates and automation flows.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Mailchimp has strong infrastructure and reputation, which improves email deliverability rates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Mailchimp is ideal for any size of organization due to its ease of use and built-in features.

My favourite aspect of this product is its user-friendly interface. It is intuitive and easy to use. Thereby making it accessible for both beginners and experienced users

What do you dislike most about this product?

The paywalls are hidden within the application, leading to unexpected costs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go directly and pay for the packages. Using a free plan limits you to a few contacts.
