The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

Achieve goals with an all-in-one platform.

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
MailChimp is a very consistent software to manage large amounts of advertising campaigns, its system is capable of supporting many campaigns simultaneously. One of the differences that I have noticed between MailChimp and similar platforms is that MailChimp offers me a much more complete service, it allows me to automate the campaign delivery system and at the same time it allows me to generate advertising, manage all the marketing of my business area. and makes sure that all my advertising is shown to really interested people. MailChimp allows me to manage all the marketing of my company, not only allows me to create campaigns.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of the things that I like the most about MailChimp is that it allows me to know exactly the traffic and the number of clients that I have obtained through the various means. MailChimp gives me details in statistical form, where I can know how many clients and how much traffic my campaigns sent on social networks and also via email have generated. This is an incredible function, because I can know how much of the public accesses my social networks and my campaigns, in addition, with MailChimp I can also know which client has opened the campaign email that we have sent.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of the main problems in MailChimp is that its price can be very high for some companies, MailChimp is not made for everyone, it is expensive software and this causes the ROI to take longer to be noticeable. I did not like the prices that MailChimp has, I consider that it has very good benefits regarding Marketing automation but its prices should be more accessible, or they should give us a discount for buying Email Marketing and the All-in-One system. We hope to obtain better prices in the future with MailChimp.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The main reason why I would recommend MailChimp to a colleague or a company is because it is a very different software from the others, many other similar platforms only offer the Email Marketing system, and cause the company to only focus on sending campaigns through email, however, MailChimp helps the user to further expand their Marketing, allows advertising to reach the right places, to customers interested in the products on offer, it also allows campaigns to be constantly monitored. It is an all-in-one system, which would undoubtedly help all companies to achieve their objectives.
Pros

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
Before Mailchimp, I used a couple other industry leading mass email programs and they were frustrating to get through to the end result. They may have improved over time but I'd rather not switch to find out.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I worked with Mailchimp under two organizations. I can clearly and cleanly function between the Mailchimp platforms that have been set up for each organization. I never get the two confused.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Audiences get a little tricky to work with when you have the obvious subscribed vs unsubscribed, cleaned, archived. Anything but archived counts against your billing limits and housekeeping is needed to keep the numbers down.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Organize your audiences before you import them into Mailchimp and create clear divides on who will live where. Tags are your friends when creating segments. House clean often with clearing out contacts that you don't need.
Pros
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
- Reliable
- Trustworthy

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
I started using Mailchimp years ago, their 'free model' was a great way to get into the software, feel the ease of use, and implement rather quickly. As I continued to grow I dove into the features and tried to utilize as much as I can for free. The company has and continues to add value to all levels and packages. They'll have an answer for everyone. Plus, the company themselves have a great reputation and I always look to support them.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of integrating MailChimp with other products through Zapier was a big help in keeping my email lists up to date.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There wasn't anything that I can say I 'dislike' about Mailchimp. If there was a suggestion it would be a 'try this feature 1x' as opposed to maybe upgrading to getting access to some of the paid features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This company is a great one to check out if you're looking to deliver content. They've grown so well and done some amazing things. There are a lot out there but I've always been partial to them because of the way they treat customers (free and paying) and their continued push to releasing great features and strive for greatness.
