What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
It is fairly simple to use, implement and integrate with CRM software. The cost is reasonable for a small business.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of using it, being able to segment customers and the compliance automation.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only thing I think could be improved upon is the email templates. Some can be a little difficult to navigate, and it would be nice if there was an undo button when you’re creating a template. It would also be nice to be able to have access to a wider variety of templates, but this is a good solution for the price.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is great marketing tool for small businesses because you are able to choose your plan level based on your number of contacts/number of emails you send each month. In our initial research, we found some of the competitors to be outside of our marketing budget. We really like that our Mailchimp plan has a monthly subscription fee.
