1. Offers standard reports that are very detailed. 2. It is easy t use. 3. Has a lot of rich features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

1. There is a WYSIWYG email editor. 2. Allows for A/B testing. 3. Sends emails in bulk. 4. Creating email templates is easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing to dislike but it would be great if it was intelligent enough to automate the repetitive tasks.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend Mailchimp, I have had a positive experience using it in email marketing and campaigns as it really pushes our brand on social platforms.
